Jennifer Schoennagel has a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University and an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Originally from the Los Angeles area, she has lived in Phoenix since 1993. She has a broad background in both corporate and start-up environments. Prior to founding Business Partners 360, she opened the Phoenix Branch of Systems Evolution, Inc., an information technology consulting firm specializing in business intelligence, data warehousing, project management and organizational change management services.
Jennifer spent ten years with Insight Enterprises in Tempe, AZ, a technology solutions provider. She held a variety of positions for Insight and Direct Alliance Corporation (both subsidiaries of Insight Enterprises) including Accounting Manager, Sales Manager, International Operations Manager, Director of Financial Operations, Director of Operations, Vice President of Information Technology and Vice President of Marketing. Previous to Insight, she worked for JP Morgan Chase in Quality Assurance. She has experience in acquisitions, software development, international acquisitions, project management, change management, sales management and marketing strategies. Dirk Schoennagel holds a degree in Finance that he acquired in Gross-Gerau, Germany. Born and raised in Germany, he has an extensive background in sales, management and technology. Since moving to the United States in 1999, his experience has focused on database, web development, hardware configuration and support. He is the founder of DS System Solutions, LLC which has provided website development and technical support for private parties and small to medium-sized companies.
Dirk's experience in working with his clients over the last several years helped him discover a real need for growing companies to have flexible solutions that are not "cookie cutter" or "one size fits all." Moreover, as a small business owner himself, he could empathize with his clients' need to watch expenses while growing their businesses.
